Login to your July account to reorder or cancel at any time. You will be contacted before your medication is refilled and billed to your credit card. For reorders, your medication will be shipped at the appropriate time of month depending on when you first ordered and when your doctor orders the refill of your prescription. For cancellations, if canceled prior to fulfillment by the pharmacy, you will not be charged for nor receive the medication.

Compounded GLP-1 medication undergoes specialized packaging for shipment to maintain its integrity and effectiveness while in transit. The medication is enclosed in temperature-controlled packaging (occasionally accompanied by ice packs) to secure its safe and reliable delivery. 

The accompanying ice packs may melt prior to delivery, but this will not affect the medications. The packaging precautions are meant to avoid extreme heat (i.e., above 104℉) during transit.
